All week long in the evenings, we await our guests with a seasonally changing tasting menu. When creating the dishes, our Executive Chef, Barnabás Hack uses the achievements of modern kitchen technology and locally grown fresh ingredients. Everything from meats originated from domestic, sustainable farms to hand-pressed vegetable oils to spring water from the nearby mountains is of exceptional quality. Some of the dishes were inspired by the pulsating colors, shapes, mood, and flavors of the city. In addition to the traditional menu-wine pairings common in fine dining restaurants, our tasting menu can be paired with our own selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails created by our head barman.
