Set on the shore of Lake Öreg, within the historic Esterházy estate, Platán Gourmet Restaurant is Hungary’s first and only two Michelin-starred countryside restaurant. Chef István Pesti’s cuisine is rooted in Hungarian tradition, shaped by French precision and subtle Asian inspiration. The six- and ten-course tasting menus follow the rhythm of nature, drawing on ingredients from Platán’s own garden to create a refined, harmonious and deeply considered dining experience.
